Can't quite tell if Hertford is in the Chilterns or East Anglia section, so I'll put this in both.

Like wot it sez above, innit - anyone heading there and happy to give me an independent appraisal on the condition of one of their bikes? I've seen photos, but it's not quite the same. PM for details if you are, please
