Phew! It finished at over £18000 after 45 bids with the winning bidder chipping away frantically in the last few minutes. Destined to remain unused, presumably.

Now why would you want a 'SQUEEKY' new one that you just wouldnt ride - when you can have a 'rough-un' that you can 'paste-the-hell-out-of' for just a few hundred !!

It was a great bike - the pic was at Pembrey Circuit on a 'Performance Bikes' Frenzy weekend (their 1st 'Frenzy' Magazine shoot) i was already a 'seasoned' racer by this point and my ex Ray Stringer 'Works' Terry Beckett tuned LC stood me proud that day - even got me in the Mag itself and set the 2nd fastest lap of the day - againdst YPVS's and F2's
