Anything Fixable in the "Wonder Wheel"

So the Mrs toothbrush will never be the same again, and I now know where the spare towels live, but the Wonder wheel is still dead.

Fit and forget is the next option

Mine has done the same 2019 BMW GSA 3k miles can move left and right but no up or down. Hopefully, it is still covered under the warranty bit of a pain first was the menu button broke and got replaced now the multimedia wheel broke. I am going to blame the Scottish weather
