No issues and will be reset etc etc and the sale is for the ipad + kreiga case. I can probably find a cable to throw in if needed.
There’s no scratches as it’s lived in a case/behind a screen protector all its life. The screen photo looks a bit odd as it’s got a matt screen protector on it and so it looks cloudy but that not how it is in real life and will remove that before sending it to the new owner if required.
