Sorry but you are mistaking it is a M5 and here is the proof my friend, it was originally released on 22nd October 2025 this was bought in January 2026 you must be thinking the M5 Pro and M5 Max that's just be released (Thanks for your email on this

Apple on October 15, 2025, and became available on October 22, 2025. Later, updated models featuring the more powerful M5 Pro and M5 Max chips were announced in March 2026, with availability beginning March 11, 2026.
