I remember seeing a lot of tech stuff being sold by Catch22 a while back... Why would he use a different account?

If it is him and it seems likely he seems to have good feed back on his stuff. People who’ve met him speak well of him. He did let himself down once when he came on a bit strong over something. Why he keeps changing his name is beyond me. Horses for courses. JJH

He got his frillies in a knot with me when I mentioned to him, via PM, that items listed on eBay shouldn't be listed in the for sale section. He then took to open forum on a wild rant about it - 'you shouldn't mess with 'high end individuals' was the warning 💰💰💰 The boss booted him off as a result but he's clearly back on the scene.

I do remember something going on. I don’t think he ever contributed to any discussion good bad or indifferent. Don’t get me wrong if he was selling something that I wanted at a good price and I was satisfied there was nothing hokey about it I’d buy it. A bit of an amateur Arthur Daley. That’s only in the manager of his approach not to suggest that there’s anything suspicious goin on. JJH

There's a few on all active forums with members who buy watches, tech, household shite to sell said stuff.

Captive audience with no transactional fees (subscription of course).

Never post anything but sales.

I always enjoyed his for sale adverts. Always looked to be decent stuff.

This is a great deal for someone.
To be fair, if this is the same chap, I replied to one of his adverts for two very expensive high end writing pens. I was interested to buy them as a gift to my Son who was graduating, to mark the occasion. The retail price was £600 EACH ! Which was not what he was asking, but when I told him what I wanted them for he readily took a wedge off his asking price simply because he liked the reason I wanted to buy them.

I bought some gear off him, not the expensive stuff more my affordability bracket. Popped round his house to pick it up. Had a quick pleasant chat with the fella and all the gear looked good, it saved me a fair few quid and still working today. When loading the car it started to rain so he pulled out a shiny Rolex golfing brolly and as the Mrs was lacking a hood he said keep hold of it, a nice gesture. I've got two Mac's on the go at the moment, not sure if my old man is due an upgrade from his MacBook Air yet.

who ?

Please note Apple do not now include a Charger on M5 Units, so this does not have one you need to use your own.

Tight fisted gitts Apple 🤬

Dell are doing the same now - to do with new waste regs apparently

Come on Stephen, put us out of our misery!

If it is Stephen, I have nowt but praise for him.
I’ve bought things from him and it was very straight forward.

He doesn't like to flaff about though and likes to be done with stuff quickly, which of course is his entitlement.

IMHO with all the sh1t going on everywhere, especially here, this place is much less bright without him.
