Has anyone had dealings with Appleyard Motorcycles in Keighley?
I am looking at one of their bikes but being based down south I am flying blind… On the phone they come across well. Any insights appreciated. Many thanks

Been going years, not dealt directly with Keighley but bought a new XJR from the Leeds branch before it shut down, back in 2009, no issues at all. They were well respected in the Honda Goldwing world.

It’s no longer the family Appleyard that own or run it. It’s some national company that have just kept the name. They seem to now sell Kove, RA scooters, Voge, Royal Enfield I think and a couple of other Chinese brands. I was in a couple of weeks ago and they seemed like decent people to talk to. A reasonable amount of used stock in the showroom downstairs. The upstairs showroom was being tarted up at the time.
I asked about a test ride on the Voge 900 and was informed that test rides were only two hours long!!

I suspect they may be owned by MotoGB, but can't say for certain.
