Arai Astro R Help.

Ok I've dropped my lid (Arai Astro R) and need to replace it. Searched the tintanet cheapest I could find was £259 ?

Can anyone come up with a cheaper price??

You sure it's knackered. Mate chucked his rsv up the road, and had a couple of small marks on his RX7. So he sent it off to Arai (through a dealer) to get checked. Came back with a clean bill of health. Think it cost about £40.

Thanks for that. However the lid is about 2 or 3 year old so I feel its best replaced.

NEC show an option?

If you can wait, then you might be able to pick up a bargain at the NEC Show... a few years back I got an RX-7 for £100 less than the lowest t'Internet price at the show.

Am i correct in hearing that the astro range has been superceeded by the viper range.

IF this is true, then use it to your advantage down your local store....

I was not planning on going to the Bike Show this year as I thought last year it was a load of pish.
They did not even fill the halls and even the girls had more clothes on.

Are well may have to bite the bullet and go along.
