Arai ct-ram

After having my Schuberth j1 stolen (which had completely converted me to open faced helmets) and searching unsuccessfully for a replacement,I am now considering an Arai CT-Ram.

Anyone got one ? and what's your thoughts.

Yes I have one . Got it from the USA . Good fit , the peak is good for low sun and good quality material . Only bad thing is that the cheek pads wear quite badly , chaffing with the strap . Good visor and ventilation . If you have an Arai shaped head then go for it

You might want to wait a while. Schuberth are bringing out the M1 in February. Not a direct replacement for the J1 but better looking IMHO. Also has intergrated intercom system if that's of interest to you

M1 has been available for about 2mnts now.Intercom is extra.

Is it? Do you know where? Spoke with helmet city the other day and they said there were no M1s in the UK until February. Helmet is set up for intercom, but yea, you have to buy the module to clip on the outside. Looks like a neat solution hence my interest in it.
