Arai helmet vents

Hi all

I've had a small mishap with my Arai Tour X3 and managed to damage one of the top/front vents to the point where it doesn't close anymore. I've ordered a replacement part but was wondering if anyone has any experience with replacing these vents as:

a) they look like they're glued on and are going to need some serious leverage to remove (and I don't want to bugger up my £380 lid)

b) does anyone have suggestions on what to glue the replacement one back on with.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Double sided tape for the rear ones on the Tour x2.

IIRC it comes with the tape to fit the new one on.
