Whats the best price anyone has seen for the Arai Tour X? Bikers Bargains at http://www.shop2.biz/secure/bikersbargains/home.php have them for £239.99. Not entirely sure that buying a lid for postal delivery is a sound idea.

Motard Black?
I got a black one with silver metallic spray to the chin and peak fading into the black for £250 from an Arai dealer at the NEC last month.
Whilst I was getting it fitted to my head at the Arai maintenance hut outside at the rideout bit, this fellow comes in and asks for adjustment, and the fella's from Arai swarmed round it like bee's round honey, turns out that it was some form of Japanese import as that colour scheme wasn't available until the start of next year.. They reckoned they shouldn't work on it as they don't get any kind of kick back from the sales. They also said it wouldn't really fit him as the Japanese sizes are nothing like European versions. Be warned..

Motard black
NeverRodeBefore, the Motard Black was one of the first models in the Uk, they sold out very quickly. It is not solid black, but black fading into a silver at the front. They also did it in Motard silver, which sounds like what you got. Good choice!

Only hassle was a wait to get the item. Despite the website taking the order I heard nothing for a while. When I chased by phone, the deal was that he only had limited colours coming in so I settled for one of those rather than hang on.
Moral: Give em a ring and check that what you want is in stock then order away.

Just got my Arai delivered from www.thevisorshop.com (I hope I got their web site correct!) out of stock in this country so the went to Arai Europe and got me one, special offer at the moment is for a free spare visor, now I can dump that piece of French crap aka 'Roof Boxer' and ride in comfort without the visor always being slightly open so it doesn't fog up! 
Whilst still talking Arai... My TourX (mostly black with the silver front bits) does tend to mist up unless I have it cracked open a touch...
I don't ride a lot but when I went out on Sunday just to keep the bike mobile, the visor still misted up for a second and then cleared again as I was breathing out...
Is this normal? Bit of a daft question I know, but my previous helmet didn't have any kind of problem like that... A Lazer with a flip front, double glazed visor and internal black visor and a full face mask for added Darth Vader effect!
I just found it heavy on the bike, and a bit bulky as I was forever hitting my chin on my shoulder armour when doing rear checks... It was never an issue before as I got it in my pre-biker phase for the Ginetta Roadster. I probably should have bought a slightly smaller one in retrospect
