Arai Tour X

Moto-Plus do it for £299.95 but by the time you add the £10 p+p it probably isn't worth the bother.
Shoei and Nolan have similar styled helmets in the wings apparently.

http://www.thevisorshop.com have them for 300 plus a tenner postage too.

However, when I was back in the UK I called into my (ex) local dealer Colwyn Bay Motorcycles, said I had seen them for £275 and they matched the price.

Worth a trip to your local Arai dealer and giving it a try.

Having now had mine for 6 months I think it is a tiny bit loose. My Arai RV is an L and my Tour X is too, but the lining and skull cradle in the Tour X is a bit sparser so worth trying first...

I got mine from Hein Gericke in Bristol for £295, they are usually prepared to do a price match...

Got mine, 'Aluminium Grey' from the Visor shop, Crossan motorcycles (as posted by 'Repoman' above) for £265. The shop is in Northern Ireland, but the helmet arrived within 2 days.

Shuck raider....many thanks, Fylde were the cheapest.
Ordered on for Friday....just in time for Hafren!

Excellent, Harv, do you mind my asking how much they charged for P&P?

and it's bloomin fantastic!

Went for a ride today and had a mixture of rain, damp, cold and misty and bright spells. No real misting up problems, no water getting under the visor, really comfy and, best of all... very quiet! In fact, i reckon the peak helps to direct and smooth the air flow over the helmet, so reducing high frequency buffeting noise.
Top helmet in my book and worth every one of my 25000 pennies!

I just got one at the NEC in storm red yesterday for £250!!!

What stand did you get it from... I'm up at the NEC next Tuesday or Wednesday and fancy getting one... have to say it won't be in storm red though:D

Any of you guys wear glasses?

If so how's the fit ?

I've only used flip fronts since having to wear them, but am just about sick to death of the fecking wind noise despite using ultimate plugs.

Yep - no problems whatsoever

What's the "real" difference between the Arai TOUR X MOTARD BLACK and the Arai TOUR X BLACK apart from about £45 ??

They look the same to me.

But I need glasses normally ..............
