As is often the case I solved 1 problem and created another...........I fitted some "up and back" bar risers to make my riding position more comfortable and then experienced buffeting which wasn't there before.
I tried experimenting with the screen height and angle and came to the conclusion I needed more vertical adjustment of the screen, I was already at the lower limit of the tobinators and the wunderlich versions allow more movement of the screen to attain a nearer vertical position-I realise that most people rake the screen back but it just didn't work for me
When I bought a Wunderlich screen (the big one) a set of these was included. The screen is relatively heavy compared to the OE so I wondered if the flexibility provided by the rubber bushes in the bracket was thought a good idea to reduce stress on the supporting bracket.
Have to say the Wunderlich screen with these adjusters work well, but I am wondering if no screen is the ultimate answer to the buffet problem.
