Are TT Zega and Metal Mule frames the same?

I'm looking at alternatives to Metal Mule's gold-plated £300 pannier frames for my 08 F650GS and am wondering whether Touratech frames would support Metal Mule panniers.

Both use 18mm tubing and have a rectangular pannier frame hoop, as does the 1200GSA pannier frame made by Touratech. I measured the Metal Mule and the 1200GSA frame and they are 334 x 233 (measuring from the centre of the tube to the centre of the opposing tube).

Could someone please measure the Zega pannier hoop and see whether it's the same?

Have a set of Zega frames in storage which I can dig out but this might answer your question.
