That's true with the single can. But the Akraprovic stacked twin cans the pipes are different at the bottom joint. The stacked cans and Y joint will not work with "standard" header geometry. I know because I bought the back end to use with my Remus headers - no joy without much welding. Fortunately the guy who bought the Akra Ti headers changed his mind so I was able to get the full set.
