Looks like a fantastic ride out - Great pics. I hope to get a place on the next one 
Thank you all for your kind words and get well wishes - I'm off to the hospital now for surgery tomorrow.

And I'm appalled to think that anybody in a responsible group like this could have gone hurtling down a Restricted Byway.....even if he was following a hooligan on a black bike...

Just looked at the OS and it wasn't me and the mysterious Black Bike Rider who went down the Restricted Byway mentioned earlier. Phew, we remain spotlessly clean then.....

Ela's still in hospital, she went in Friday night ready for an op on Saturday but her foot was too swollen. Been visiting twice daily, they'll operate tomorrow if the swelling's reduced.

Ela had 3 screws inserted in to her foot late yesterday, hopefully out by Friday at the latest.
