Has anything actually been organised yet?

Bearing in mind that it's baltic up in Inverness these days...

Thank you all for reading this thread and your comments and PM's.
AT THE MOMENT - we are aiming at a very short ride on Saturday 17th November, meeting up at 10:30 and riding 11:00 until 11:30. Just 20 miles, or about 30 minutes. This lady is very unwell and that will be more than enough.
Awaiting confirmation from her husband nearer the time that she will be strong enough to enjoy this.
For obvious reasons this may be cancelled at any point between now and then.
I think that those of us who are going on the run will then go for a run ourselves afterwards and maybe have a spot of lunch etc.
I'm trying to get a few Harleys along as I'm told she will appreciate the noise and atmosphere, but other bikes are also going to be coming along.
And I'm also told the lady will enjoy a "fuss", and I'm sure we'll be good at that
Will update more early next week.
Thanks again - you're all good people
Sam

or we can all go home
Hiya HogHog, some c_~t nicked my adventure in July and I'm waiting to replace it in the Spring. Would you mind if I came on my RR. I've asked a mate who might be able to come up as well, he's got a k1600. We're in Leven but this is the type of thing I would like to do.
Hope to cu Sunday.
Jimmy

Just back in the door from this little jaunt. It turned out to be an endurance test for me as I've had a 4 hundred mile round trip today on a sports bike, started in darkness with 45 miles of freezing fog, great sunshine at the right time and ended in darkness peeing down with rain, Scottish weather eh?
The most worthwhile journey I have made for some time!!!
Thanks to Sam and Dave and all the other riders I met today, I feel very humbled by a happy smiling Lady who has such a great attitude.
Look forward to seeing the photos.
