Assistance with Bluetooth Issue

I have a pair of 'Ultimate Ears' in ear monitors and a Bluetooth enabled TomTom Urban Rider Europe sat nav. I only want to listen to either directions from the sat av or music from my android phone and therefore don't want to purchase a Scala headset system. Does anyone know of a Bluetooth device that I can plug my monitors into and receive signal from both the Tom tom & music from my phone?

Would THIS do it? Seems to have a headset socket.
