I have had dealings with many dealers, but have been mightily impressed with the above. The latest dealing was when my Rally 2 jacket zip broke at 4 months old: they posted out a new suit without me having sent in the damaged one!!! They have always done warranty work if needed, without question. Their service guy is Richard Harvey, who takes customer satisfaction to a new level!! Can't recommend enough!!!! That's it!!
