Any one heading down the weekend for the road racing?

i am hope for the weeekedn so will head up only 5mins away

Hi John, thinking about it.
I want to do some biking this weekend, cannot decide Athea or Druids rally, i would also like to do track day monday.
Whats the craic re camping, probably the best bet buy a cheap tent and camp Sat night and a few pints with the cork\Kerry lads.
Its a nice run from Galway taking the ferry.

ya the ferry route is nice back twisty roads all way down.

dont know about accom or camping, wether meant be very good so say either cmap r bnb but say most r sold.

I picked the worst 2 years to go to the Athea races.

The first year it was held it rained stair rods and was abandoned before it even started.

Then a few years later I went again and it was stopped after a handful of races, again because of the weather.
