I managed to get hold of the full audio system for my 2019 1250RT.
I have connected everything up, but the audio system is not turning on.
I connected my GS-911 and it showed the audio system fitted and there were no faults.
But it did say "VIN Mismatch" under audio. Is this VIN mismatch the reason why it wont turn on.
If so, is there a way i can pair/code this to my bike at home, or do i need a BMW dealer to do it.

You will need a dealer to register the sound system to the bike, a mate of mine had the same issue after retrofitting his, the dealer charged him £25, around 10 years ago.

The bike is booked in for next week. Was quoted £50 for coding the Audio System, plus doing any other updates needed. So I'm happy with that.
I just have to go over to North Oxford Motorrad to get it done. 2 hour-ish ride each way.
Both the other motorrad dealers near me had 6 to 8 weeks waiting times.
