Due to being scammed trying to get a visa my Tunisian Son-in law cannot go on the above tour

Been on this trip and it is amazing the hotels standard and tour .
The package stands my son in law at £1600 will accept £1100 as insurance will not cover loss so trying to get him some of his money back
