Just in the process of fitting an Autocom Active Rider system to the 1150gs, but am unsure of which bluetooth dongle will work better for me!

I believe that there are 2 options available to me, part No's 1273 and 1276.

I would be grateful for any advice before I buy.

You don't say exactly what you are trying to connect to the Autocom and we need to know to give you a comprehensive answer..

For the dongle
Check the Active Plus - I assume it is a recent model. If there is a lttle blue sticker near the Aux 1 port to say that it is powered, then you need part 1273, otherwise you need part 1276 (which has a separate cable for +12v).

Thanks very much beemerboy9, that answers my question lovely!!

My unit is the powered version, so I'll be looking for a 1273.

I've just checked the Active PLUS box and the only blue sticker on it is near the aux 3 port advicing "only use 4 pole plugs in port 1". Is this the sticker I'm looking for?
The unit has an ident number on it e11 0526 if this helps.
Additional info, I'm intending to use the bluetooth in conjunction with my Sony Erikson
K810i.
Any information gratefully received.

The sticker shows that the system is running on a 4 pole connection so this means that the AUX1 socket is pre-powered so you can run our Part 1273 for the BT dongle.
