what an outfit they are. Helmet giving problems with microphone, pro 7 sport set over 2 years old. They just replaced the whole lot.with our compliments sir !!! Top firm, if only erveryones customer service was like that

I was a bit dissappointed when my lead from box to plug to extension to helmet packed up and I had to buy a replacement, similar age, just unlucky with who I spoke to I guess. But they are BRILLIANT so I don't mind the £10

Have you ever found yourself in a lake or other large body of water?...

I have sold/fitted hundreds and not one has ever died from water ingress ... actually ... I am so confident that didn't happen that if you send me your dead unit I will replace it free of charge with one of last years kit 1's I have hanging round...

Yeah they are top chaps. They've just taken my LP4502E in to create a custom lead for it when the original they sent me didn't work. Came back today (about a week post box to post box) all sorted.

Absol-bloody-utely brilliant people. Esp. Doug Sant.
