Just pressed the button on a new to me LC. Picking it up on Saturday, which only leaves me Sunday to fit my Autocom, Radio, Ptt removed from my TC before a little trip to the NEC on Monday. I have the leads to fit a standard Zumo 660 cradle, is the Nav V the same? I have no idea of the space available under seat or any where else on a LC so your ideas would be appreciated. Pictures would be great. Also want to pick up a canbus feed for the relay, this was 'T'd in to the accessory socket feed on the TC. Is is poss to do the same on an LC?

Thanks in advance.

is it a 2015/16 bike.? if so can you update us on how you find the space on the bike for the autocom, because our dealer is saying its not possible
we get ours in Marxh next year,on the 2014 bikes it all fit under the pillion seat ok
Cheers
Mick

If you have ordered it without the keyless option, you can relocate the Tyre Pressure Monitor unit to where the keyless pickup would be (a bit of fettling required to make it fit and not fould the seat release mechanism.)
The Autocom will then mount where the TPS unit was (I fitted mine using a couple of M8 plastic rivets from underneath into the back cover, the unit then clips to the cover.
You'll need to take the rear section completely to bits, I think you'll be pushing it to get it done in a day.

Thanks for the replies. Can't help with the 2015 as mine is a 2014. Have spoken to Sam at Chainspeed he agrees there is room under the passenger seat (if you don't have the alarm fitted) for both but they are vulnerably to water ingress so a bit of waterproofing will be in order. Also found out that you can't hard wire the Nav V to the Autocom as you can with the Zumo. You need the blue tooth module to link it all together. So hopefully stand a chance on getting it all fitted Sunday.

Fantic lot of water gets in through the rear tail light section use a bit of rubber mat to stop it or the connections in the autocom could be shagged within a year, Sean it happen on 3 bikes so far.

Pick up your fead from the red blue wire on the 2 fuse holder to the front right of the front seat.

I had a problem with water getting into an autocom which destroyed the circuit board. When I replaced it it took the new one apart and coated the circuit board with acf50 4 years on and no problem since.
