Autocom Bluetooth Adapter & Nav3

Autocom just told me that to take calls from mobile phone connected nav3 I will need their bluetooth adapter costing £75. They also said there was a flaw between the BMW nav3 and pairing it with bluetooth adapter - or bluetooth problems etc not found with the zumo. Can anyone enlighten me please to this problem? OR have others connected their phones via autocoms bluetooth and nav3 successfully?

The main issue with the Nav's is that there is a software problem with some of the units which cause problems with phones connecting. Some connect with ease as some phones will not even be picked up while carrying out the Bluetooth search for devices.

So we know that some Nav 3's work but there a few out there that don't, but to be honest we've not heard of any issues for a while with them but we always give out a warning just as a precaution
