Not really impressed with the stock headphones that I have with my autocom unit.

They lack bass and sound a bit feeble despite trying them in different positions etc and playing with volume etc.

Anyone know if there is another option using sam multi pin Autocom connectors?

Hi Uncle,
I've been looking at these http://www.intaride.com/integra.html from Intraride for use with my starcom unit they also do a headset for Autocom, no idea if they are any good but as I don't live very far from them I'm going to go over and see if I can try them out.
The company also have a new intercom out that looks good.

Hope this helps

I suggest you take the headset out of the helmet and place the the speakers directly over your ears. If there is enough volume like this, then when you build them back into the helmet consider using foam spacers to bring them closer to your ears. 2 types are available - 1/4" (part 2159) or 1/2" (part 2160).

Hope this helps.

Alternatively try to visit the factory in Warwick, where they can probably boost the volume by making some adjustments on the printed circuit board. Take the purchase receipt with you if you do visit.
