Autocom - Icom Radio No Transmission

Hello

Do not know if anyone can help, before I try Autocom/Starcom,whatever they are called now. I run a Autocom 300, with a ptt button and have Icom radios that are powered off the Autocom. Today for some unknown reason, they will not transmit. They will recieve and when connect to another Pro 7 they work. I have Wintec radios which works no problem with the Autocom 300.
I have tried changing the connection leads. Still no good.
Any one any ideas,

Just had a thought.....Autocom dongle not working either....Plugged into aux 4 not 1. Everything working fine now...
