Hy guys i'm new on this forum and new in the bmw world
Recently i bought a 2013 LC gs and i don't know if i can have a fizical connection betwen my old autocom intercom logic and a garmin zumo 660 fitted in an OEM support
My garmin zummo on the original crade and wire loom had a separate cable/plug for AUX cable allowing a direct conection betwen intercom and sat nav
I wander if any off you had this issue and what's the solution becouse i can't see any aux socket comming from bmw oem sat nav cradel
Thanks :)

Haven't got a clue what you are talking about, but welcome.

Sorry but I think you are out of luck. If you have your 660 mounted in the OEM bracket designed for the Nav5 it will have to be connected via Bluetooth to your Autocom as there are no aux outputs from the Nav 5 cradle. Alternatively, remove the Nav 5 cradle, fit your 660 cradle complete with aux cables and proceed as before.

If you doubt my info, give Sam Wray a call at Chainspeed who will, I am sure, provide similar advice.

Whatever - enjoy!

What he says, welcome aboard.

You might want to consider adding a Bluetooth module to your Autocom, that way you can keep the OEM mount and still connect to the 660. Cost wise about the same as ditching OEM mount and adding 660 mount and twin isolated Garmin lead.

Check out the comms section on here lots of info.

The BTM02 module is a vast improvement on the original which I hated and used the cable, like you, for my 660. However, I am Bluetooth only now and it rarely gives me an issue.

Welcome the btm02 is very good, I had an early Bluetooth setup with autocom and was nervous of Bluetooth when I was pushed down this route when I got a nav5 / GSA - but once setup it works like a dream
