Autocom Queries

I have an old autocom system and I am looking to upgrade. Does anyone have suggestions as to what type of system and if there is an alternative to Autocom. Does anyone know if you can get in ear earpieces for a communication system as opposed to the flat earpieces that you stick inside your helmet. I have a BMW Enduro helmet and the flat earpiece type are quite difficult to get in. I would also like to use my ipod too but the sound quality is none to good on mine.

There are a number of alternatives to Autocom such as Intaride who now have a wireless system available. Check out the Links page which has a list of comms suppliers for yuo to check out.

Autocom do a headset that has a jack plug instead of speakers for use with in-ear monitors, the type you get from Ultimate ear. I prefer this type myself.
