Autocom/Sonic plug??

Can anyone out there tell me what the autocom helmet colours/pin numbers etc so I can convert my x/plod spare helmet to Autocom specs??.
Awire/pin Diagram would be great,?,

They only want the kit back that shows any official logo or dos`nt have any bodily bits in them,.
