Hi Guys,
I have a AVi Pro duo fitted to my GSA. I currently have my Ipod shuffle plugged into aux 3 (I think) I'm aware that Aux 2 is a powered socket not just a sound signal socket. Can anyone tell me what voltage it powers out at?
The reason for the question is that the Ipod Shuffle charges via a 4 pole 3.5mm jack plug which I'm hoping is the same as the 4 pole 3.5mm lead supplied with my Autocom kit therefore I can simply charge my Ipod from my Autocom. From what I can gather from the tinternet my Ipod charges at 5v DC.
Many thanks in advance!
Chris.

The AUX2 is not powered at all, only the AUX1 sockets (2007 systems onwards) mainly with the option off to the AUX3 socket.

The Ipod can NOT be powered via the Super Pro at all, the power on the AUX3 would be used mainly for our parts if more were to be designed later on if life.

Around 9v to supply the relevant power for our BT dongles only, again there will be no way of powering the ipod via the Super Pro. You would need a seperate power supply running via a Part 1314 for the audio connection
