AutoCom Super Pro AVI, Mobile Phone Interference

Hi Peps,

I have just install the Autocom Super Pro Avi, I have connect my Garmin 2820, Ipod and Sony K750i. Each time I receive a call or dial I get extemley bad mobile phone interference, so much so that I can't hear the person I'm speaking to. The Autocom is installed under the seat of my 1200GSA, mobile phone in tank bag. Anybody got any idea how to resolve.

How is the phone connected to the Autocom - is it 'Bluetoothed' to the 2820 or wired to the Autocom?

If the former, then check your firmware version - 4.10 has some Bluetooth fixes, and theyre on 4.20 now.

If its wired, then try different cable routes to see if it is getting some interference from inside the bike.

The Garmin Bluetooth List doesnt show any issues.

If no joy, Autocom may have come across if before if you call them up.
