Either try sucking a Fishermen's Friend:ymca...Or check your microphone/connections.

Make sure your mic is in correct position so it's touching your lips.
You will then be talking into the centre of it and you should be fine.
If it's not quite close enough you'll find it cutting in and out and missing bits of the conversation.

I had problems when setting mine up and I was told this, no problems since.:thumb2

Hope this is some help

Hi,
Thanks to you both,but still not working other person still able to hear me.any more ideas please.:confused::nenau

I found that with the 550, with Autocom, you needed the bluetooth dongle to make it work. Phone bluetoothed to 550 and then autocom dongle, bluetoothed as headphones. That did it for me, any other format and I had the same problem that you are experencing. HTH

Could that be the same for 660 though?:rolleyes:

Make sure your wires aren't crossed over at the Autocom end. I had a similar issue and that sorted it

hi big nick :thumb2;

have done every way poss; plan to re-install again,getting peed of with it now.
might have to ring autocom but had no luck so far.

any more suggestions??????????????

I'm sure you've tried these but my next step would be to bluetooth a different phone to your Zumo and see if that suffers the same symptoms if not then its a compatibility problem with your phone.

Also does the microphone part of the headset work properly i.e. in intercom mode? if not then the headset could have a loose connection and need sorting

Finally check and double check all connections and routing of your cables, its easy to snag the wires and get a bad connection.
