merry xmas all!

santa's been extremely generous this year, he brought me a bottle of AUTOGLYM MOTORCYCLE CLEANER.

any of you guys have first hand experience of this stuff. do you just spray it over any dirty part of the bike leave it to soak and then, hey presto, the dirt and grime washes off?

and is it safe to literally spray it anywhere on the bike like the engine department etc.,?

any easy method, not requiring too much elbow grease, cleaning a GS is most welcome. :P

safe riding now!

Splash it all over !

Used it for a while now, just squirt it on, let it do it's stuff then wash it off, no problem areas i've found so far !

Good Stuff

Tiger,

Use this stuff all the time, its first class. Spray on cold engine otherwise it evaporates. Agitate the important little places (fins, underneath etc) with a stiff brush:eek:

Then shortly afterwards hose off with copious amounts of fresh water, i.e. hose :)

Milder than some of the alloy wheel cleaners so doesn't mark those rims :( :)

Enjoy your nice clean bike

Excellent stuff, as is 'mucoff' there both less harsh that 'wonderwheels' and some of the other chemical cleaners.

Great stuff, been using it for a while. It helps to gently hose the bike first, get it wet then squirt the stuff on, 'specially the wheels. The Autoglym wheel brush is brill as well, not only for wheels but for engine fins too.

Excellant stuff . I buy it in flve litre containers from the local autoglym supplier. Rather than use the pump sprayer it normaly comes in i use the oil sprayer that comes in those sets you get with some compressors . You seem to use less cleaner and it helps to get into the tight areas you cant normally reach as the cleaner is forced out by compressed air.
