Automated 'view new posts' button?

I've suddenly realised that I have been manually cycling this button sqillions of times on this site and there might be a simple automation option so that new posts are just displayed on a rolling basis - is there?

Go to veiw posts from last 1, 2 or as many days as you want to see.

Read them, then just keep hitting the F5 key on your keyboard.

This will refresh the screen and add any new posts to the top of the list

In opera, you bring up the context menu (right mouse button on the page you want to load) and selection "Reload every..." and choose how frequently you want to reload the page. Don't know about other browsers.

Yep its the same with Firefox too, I open a tab on the new posts menu and have it reload every 30 seconds or so. Then I read them on a new tab.
