An odd problem I'd like some opinions on.
When I try and turn on my fogs (used as running lights) with the autoswitch, they come on briefly (for under a second) and then turn off.
I have changed the relay for a new one and it made no difference......
I also have a Kissan signalminder so that I can run a pair of led strips on the back of my Vernatechs.....the signal minder replaces the standard BWM flasher unit and does interesting things with the indicator switches (for example, you no longer have to use the cancel switch, you can just blip the original indicator switch and it turns them off, and there's an automatic cancel function for the indicators as well.)
Any ideas what I should look at first?
The easiest and most obvious is to swap the signal minder back to the OEM flasher...I must admit I haven't tried this yet but to see if the Signalminder is incompatable with the autoswitch, but Nippy Norm says he's not had any probs with this so that's why I haven't tried.
