Been looking for something that will enable me to turn off the ipod going through the Autocom- for that occasion when someone speaks to you whilst you're on your bike...At the moment it means disconnecting your helmet or unzipping the handlebar bag to pause the ipod- inconvenient to say the least
On the old bike I wired in a two way switch to interrupt the power to the Autocom..I mounted this on the beak but it involved drilling . this time I'm trying to make it a bit neater
Nippy Norman does an Autoswitch to control aux lighting

Could this be used to have a neat and unobtrusive on/off switch ( indicator cancel) for the music if I used it to interrupt the power to the Autocom?
Any thoughts?

I'm considering a simple on/off toggle switch on the lead to Helmet but not sure what this would do to sound?
