Aux light relay help?

Hi folks,

A while ago my PIAA 002X lights relay popped for some reason, I got another & that also popped My main beam set have been ok but the dipped "running" light set that has a switch to knock them on rather than a feed to the beam to operate them is the set giving me probs.
Where can I get some relays, hella one`s have been mentioned, online as locally I can`t find any & those relays I can find no one is sure if they`ll be ok.

Any help much appreciated as I`m learning all the time

... if it'll help but I've a pdf file that shows a simple wiring set-up for aux lights. Works for me with relays from Halfords, so it must be simple enough

Thanks for that but, the lights are all wired in ok & working it`s just I need a few Hella relays to try & figure out what the problem of the "running" lights knackering the relay is. May it be the switch I wonder??
