Auxiliary/Fog light damage

Hi Guys,

Beautiful day in the lanes, but bit-hacked-off at snapping off a aux/fog light following an unfortunate, but not entirely unexpected, "rut" incident !

I've seen other posts on this, and apologies for repeating the question, but is it possible to get new housings for the stock item, or do you need to replace the whole unit ?

I've also seen the various protector units - any view on value ??

Bummer !

Called Southport Superbikes & spoke to really helpful guy - however, apparently if you've snapped-off the light where I have i.e. at the point at which it's actually bolted onto the bar, you need to get a whole new unit - Bummer !

Hey-ho - in future will be taking them off before heading out to do any real "adventuring" !

Araldite is your friend.... then go to rugged roads and buy an ali cover for your lights.
