for all of those people like me who are G.S ing on a shoestring heres a wee alternative to those expensive Touratech lights and brackets that cost an arm and a leg ,,,
RING LUMINATOR 3 LAMPS-- these lamps are sold as 12v fog lamps and have a sort of fish eye prism lens . £ 30.00 per pair - see pics
step 2 ,,
lighting bracket ... purchase 1 x 500mm length of aluminium flatbar on e'bay . mark and drill holes with a fine drill bit , then countersink with a larger drill bit to give a nice pattern . remove 2 screws holding oil cooler ( under front mudguard ) mark and drill corresponding holes in flatbar , then fit flatbar to bike using these 2 screws .... hey presto spotlights and bracket ,,,, total cost ,,, £ 43.00
