Average age of WB owners

Are we all young care free whipper snappers like me?, 57 or old farts like the 1150 owners

If you are a new Wasser Boxer owner post up your age (if you dare) and after a reasonable mumber of responses have been obtained I will do arithmetic and come up with the mean age.

I'm very fortunate,I ride all the year round, and i'll carry on doing so as long as my health allows me to,

I bought my first G/S in 1985, an R80 GS in 1987(I still have an 87) an R1100 in I think 94, and my R1200 GS LC in 2013,(900 miles as of today)

I buy all my bikes for one reason I liked the look of them at the time I bought them no other reason at all, I only use them on the road, I've never been a good enough rider to do off road stuff

I intend to keep on going too, it keeps one young and more attractive to women . My mate from Scotland is 72 (I think), this year and still rides to the South of France with me on his Honda Blackbird most Summers.

P.S. I mean him on his bike and me on my GS, not both of us on his bike

up to post 17 the results are:

mean = 51.8
median = 54
mode 57

doesn't look like a Gaussian distribution to me, slightly skewed to the older end.

can we conclude anything? dunno other than the new Wasser Boxer owners are not exactly spring chickens
