So at 38p per liter, we're not that bad off.

I know what prices are in the US, just didn't have a clue what they were in the UK.

With a lot of people driving gas hogs here, it makes for an interesting topic around the workplace coffee table.

Australian petrol - well Sydney - is around $ 1.15 now - = £0.50p / litre.

Quite justifiable price in that instance given the additional delivery charges for getting the fuel there and the fact that they have about 1% of the turnover of a motorway service station.

Can't recall if it's BP or not come to think of it there was no Logo's displayed,but if you come into the vilage from the A896 and turn left it's situated on the left handside of the road on the way to Gairloch.
