Just read in the Motorcycle monthly paper to prevent drivers slowing down for the camera then speeding up TfL are doing a two year trail on four sites.
A406, Hanger lane to Bounds Green Rd
A40, Polish war memorial to the Paddington slip rd
A2, Black prince to Tunnel avenue
A316, M3 to Hogarth roundabout
No dates given for the start but they will expand the placement after the trial.

And a good proportion of the great halfwitted British population will still slow down and speed up, especially those who live and drive in the areas mentioned who cannot understand the term "average speed" for whatever reason......
