I imagine there is going to be some rationalisation of brand names as Atlanta is mostly about insurance broking and associated services. They don't seem to be into underwriting so will most likely offload those elements of Markerstudy's business.

Seems it is a merger not a takeover as Atlanta's parent Ardonagh offloads Atlanta.

BMW has binned Devitt and is going to Atlanta. I wonder if the BMW unit will remain with Ardonagh or go over to the entity merged with Markerstudy? The latter has a pretty shit reputation for customer service.
