Two interesting guns that I’d like to move on.
I’ve owned the AYA for about 15years. It’s had a small stock repair you’d barely notice. Otherwise in good condition. Lots of colour hardening, hand detachable locks, no dings or marks on the barrels, stock has a bit of patina but looks great. No butt pad or anything. I’d have to measure it for dimensions if you are interested. Also not sure on its age. Nice light gun for walked up shooting. £1200 ish.
The Darne was my Dad’s that he rescued in the mid 1980’s. A very very interesting gun with a sliding breech. French proof only - which is way higher than BNP. If you know anything about Darne’s the V models came in various grades with V21 being the highest standard grade. Anything higher is custom made to order and was marked as V22. The stock had a minor repair yonks ago but as with all good repairs you can barely see it. Otherwise in fabulous condition. A very rare and top quality gun. £1800.
More pics and details by email or WhatsApp as I’m putting too many details on a public forum.
