Not specifically, however there are literally dozens to choose from anywhere you stop. Just ride until you've had enough, stop and look around and make your choice. Has always worked well for us

I’ve never stayed in a B&B in either place but booking.com works well here too
Hotel-wise I’ve stayed in the Killarney Court Hotel which is ok for an overnight. And it’s unlikely you’ll get any B&B in Killarney for less money
