I've had a pair of Contour Plus boots for 9-10 months. This morning I was gobsmacked to find that the sole was totally worn away on both feet just under the toes. All the rubber had gone over an area the size of a £2 coin exposing the (cardboard?) underneath. No wonder I had damp feet last time it rained! It looks like I've been riding along scraping the soles of my feet on the road (and no, I haven't).
So, I just wondered if anyone else had a pair and how well they were wearing? They're lovely boots that suit me well, but I can't afford to replace them every 9 months.
They have now gone to B%W for examination. Watch this space.
