After a year on a 1200 I finally gave up trying to fix the electric everything and dancing warning lights and the triangle of doom. And decided I did not need to up grade at all and went back to riding the 1150 I've had for 12+ years and 56k. If any of you are thinking of going down that road don't do it. The 1150 feels like a rolls Royce compared to the 1200.

Good stuff, the more techno shite goes on , the more headaches it creates, 1150 is a workhorse for life.

Most of us have come to the same conclusion

Had my Jan 02 1150 (remember it JB?) out today. Not ridden it much this year due to riding my other bikes. Just over 62k on the clock and still brings a smile to my face. Almost forgotten how good the 1150 is, and to think I almost sold her earlier this year!!!
