sort off, put it in gear, lift wheel onto the hub, with the holes lined up, try bolt, move wheel untill bolt starts, spin it in by hand, put other bolts in, easy
I stick mine in gear, shove a bolt through one hole and offer the wheel up, then rotate it a little till the bolt goes in, for my car I have a dummy stud that helps a lot, probably the same thread as the GS too.
Locate the wheel onto the small boss/flange and then you've no need to hold it in place. Then just use your knee to keep it on the boss as you turn it by hand to locate the bolt holes.

Get yourself another bolt that fits the threads and cut the head off and then saw a slot in the end big enough to fit a flat blade screwdriver. Screw this into one of the holes and fit the wheel over it, line up the remaining bolt holes and insert bolts, remove your newly made locating pin and insert last bolt.
